Hi Tia, the remedies include construction of open drainage, horizontal subsurface drainage, "vertical" drainage, soil management, artificial recharge, fish culture and growing aquatic cash crops etc. Which crop are you planning to grow. I may suggest some varieties for the crop. Cheers
