What I would say would be bizarre but a fact. Stop using soap solutions like Harpic etc and tell the incumbents to use fruit venegar or even neem oil and a disinfectant and cleaning solution and NEVER use soap/ cleaning agents like dettol. The bacteria inside the system will digest the whole fecal material thereby rendering the sewage clean and effective so there would be no need to have any STP system at all
