Hallo Leo,

in Europe has each country own legislation (regulations) and/or standards. I can describe only situation in the Czech republic. There is regulated only withdrawals and discharging. "Reuse" as a special term is not included into Czech Water act (http://eagri.cz/public/web/en/mze/water/legislation/). Internal reuse in industries is internal problem of these companies and that is not standardised. Reuse water in agriculture for irrigation must be in harmony with Water act. Enabled is use in of some types of waste waters.

On European union level I would like focus your attention to article 12 of Directive 91/271 in wording of Directive 98/15/EU from 27. February 1998.
