The Water Network modernised web site need to improve the EXPERIENCE SECTION . It will be better if a new section of CV is added to make members comfortable and not to do much labour to add their experience.

Hi Yogesh, thank you for the feedback! We have many improvements planned to the Profile page. Unfortunately LinkedIn changed their API so users can no longer authorize export of their entire chronological work experience. The CV addition will be planned.

One more suggestion, Trudi.

I tried in the Experience Section to add my former positions. As the company is not in the TWN listings, I cannot add my previous work experience. And I do not dare to create a profile for my former company...

I suggest the following: when the user types in the name of a company, if it's recognized in the data base, then that's fine, a simple Tab stroke could make the work. Otherwise, the system should allow the user to enter a company name that does not exist in the data base and, eventually, to create a new company profile (but not mandatory).

In any case, congrats for the beautiful new interface. Love it!
