One more suggestion, Trudi. I tried in the Experience Section to add my former positions. As the company is not in the TWN listings, I cannot add my previous work experience. And I do not dare to create a profile for my former company... I suggest the following: when the user types in the name of a company, if it's recognized in the data base, then that's fine, a simple Tab stroke could make the work. Otherwise, the system should allow the user to enter a company name that does not exist in the data base and, eventually, to create a new company profile (but not mandatory). In any case, congrats for the beautiful new interface. Love it!
